I first heard that when I was in culinary school, and I found out how true it was.

Hi, I’m Vincent Guiheneuf.

I’m your instructor and the creator of Pretty Macarons. I’m a classically trained chef from Nantes, France. I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants in St. Tropez and Courchevel, France; Australia and Ireland. I studied under Alain Ducasse and have three culinary degrees. My experience and passion for teaching lead me to create this one-of-a-kind course for you. But don’t worry. This course is made for beginners, just like you.
